As you walk up rue Louis Blanc you’re immersed in the aroma of spices that transport you to a far off place, summoning images of rice paddies, canals, and luscious palm groves…all coming together in the glass of Chai that you slowly savor. Are you in Kochi or métro La Chapelle?
Aromas: Scent of spices (Indian teas with cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper) with the Belgian yeasts typical of wheat beers.
Flavors: Spicy with citrus notes, marked by an acidity which comes from wheat malts and flavorful yeasts. This singular and refreshing beer lures you in with its full body and complex character.

33 cL bottle bought at the brewery, as well as sampled in a stemmed tasting glass at the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow with a froth of white head. Spicy aroma of wheat, citrus and Belgian yeast - expected clove along with other warm spices. Mild bread wheat, spice and citrus in taste. Slightly tart; dry and refreshing. Light to medium body and lively, refreshing carbonation. Overall very refreshing with some spice layers for interest.
