A nice brewery in Hakodate. Quite a large place near the brick warehouse district close to downtown. We were seated next to the copper kettles, nice.
We ordered the cheese which included three Hakodate/Hokkaido cheeses. All were delicious.
We ordered the taster tray which included all 4 of their standard beers. We also had their Valentine's seasonal which was a stout. Our favorites were the wheat and stout which we ordered more of. Didn't much care for the Koelsch. I remember the pale being pretty hoppy.
Pretty empty when we went but to be fair it was snowing pretty heavily. Nevertheless, they had a pianist which would be pretty out of place at an American brewpub but seemed to work.
A nice stop if you're in Hakodate.
