Bucks County Brewery "Chuicy Chowie Wowie India Pale Ale"
$7/pint on tap @ Geronimo Brewing @ Lilly's Jury Room on 24 May 2025
Look: Very hazy gold body beneath a full head of bright white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Resinous and super fruity like fruit salad. The first hop that comes to mind is Mosaic with its combination of berries and peach backed by a variety of other tropical fruits.
Taste: The taste follows the aroma with some additional citrusy fruitiness. It’s sweet but not overly so as there’s enough “hop burn”, resins, and moderate bitterness to keep it mostly dry in the finish. Notes of berries, tangerine, peach, apple, mango, guava, and passion fruit. The malt is sweetish with some oats and wheat to it. It's nicely balanced and rounded. I'm going to take a guess that the yeast in play is Imperial "Juice" but I could certainly be wrong about that.
Feel: Medium bodied, gently crisp, and then smooth.
Overall: A really well done juicy NEIPA, and one of the best in my opinion.

Draft at Passyunk Pub. Milky, cloudy pour, lasting creamy head. Mild citrusy aroma, taste follows with more citrus, really full body. Not a must have, but pretty dam tasty.

I love IPAs. This is one of my favorites, if not my very favorite. I am never disappointed by it. It's got just the right hazy hoppiness, bitterness, fruity/citrusy/piney (not pineapply) flavor without overpowering the taste buds. Very easy to drink.

Probably the best brew I’ve had from Andrew so far. Great tropical fruit nose followed by a very balanced, not overly bitter, but nicely fruity flavor.
