Delicious with a slight coconut hit. Really good with a juicy burger.

On tap at Thee Elbow Room in Montrose, CA.
Pours a clear copper with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, caramel, nut, and coconut aromas. Taste is much the same with malt, caramel, nut, and slight coconut flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with coconut qualities that become more apparent as the beer warms up.
Serving type: on tap.
