Hazy amber brew with plenty of foam in the big chalice. Quite aromatic but not quite your standard estery Hefeweizen. Not very sweet though there is a malty base tinged by a sourish note. They brewed with a dose of vanilla beans for some reason. It seems only to add an off flavor. For once I wish for more sweetness in a Hefe.
Quite sippable though and utterly forgettable, except for dishwatery taste. From the 12 oz can from the "Virtual Edition" of the Los Angeles Beer Festival. You got a pack of beers shipped and the festival was online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At least the beers weren't virtual.
