Pours brownish red with basically no head. After a minute it's basically still.
Nose is strong ethanol, some oak, and a touch of pecan.
Tastes like oakey, boozy pecan pie.
Sticks to your tongue.
I've felt that the beers from this brewery have been less than impressive over the years, so while this is a bit harsh and unrefined, it's not as bad as I'd feared.
