A blend of wood aged mixed culture fermentations, four years in the making. Our house solera base is aged three years in a new oak Foeder and one year in stainless steel. Then, blended with our pale wheat base beer aged in Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc barrels for one year. The result is a American sour beer with the perfect blend of lactic sourness & complexity.

Light and cloudy orange-like body; wispy circle of foam along the glass circumference. Incredible aroma; soft horse blanket; wood; berries; raspberries; tangerine. The taste builds off the smell; lemon and lime; cherry; white wine. Medium-heavy body; tart and acidic.
An amazingly well-balanced and complex mixed culture beer aged in wood barrels. Very juicy with an exquisite palate pucker-factor.
