Over a bushel of Colorado grown fire roasted green chilies & a handful of fresh Serrano peppers were added to this blonde to create a refreshing brew with roasty chile aromas & just enough heat to keep you coming back for another drink. This is the perfect beer to warm you up while enjoying the free parking around town after sunset!

Our friends at 12 Bone Smokehouse & Brewing suffered unimaginable & devastating loss from the recent flooding in Asheville.

With all their employees out of work & income, along with the long & arduous process of rebuilding over the many months ahead, we want to send them some love from Colorado.

Come by and grab a pint of our latest fall seasonal–Free Parking After Six Green Chile Blonde.
$3 dollars from every pint of this Colorado grown fire roasted green chile blonde will be donated to 12 Bones & their employees.

Clear, golden yellow body; decent carbonation; good head for a chili beer, thin, white, lasting. Prominent scent of roasted chili peppers over a cracker and biscuit malt smell. The taste mirrors the aroma; relatively mild serrano chili pepper flavor with a nice, grain-like malt base in the background. Medium body; lightly oily; fine pepper warmth throughout.

This is a fine tasting chili pepper beer. The pepper flavor isn't too hot or too faint (they used serrano peppers from Colorado). Balanced and flavorful are the key descriptives for this beer. I wouldn't hesitate to offer this beer to someone new to chili beers but a little leery of what they may experience. This beer delivers some excellent qualities all around.
