We decided to let the chocolate rain through the taps and into your pint with this decadently lush chocolate porter. Heaps of chocolate malt and crushed cocoa nibs were added into the mash and an extra helping of chocolate syrup was added during fermentation to fully round out the chocolate fusion. Full bodied and not too sweet, it’s ready to cure your craving for all things chocolate!

Arrived in a 13 oz tulip glass; ink black body; thin, tan head, lasting; thin sheets of foam cascading down the glass. Huge chocolate aroma; rich, dark, sweet. Taste builds off the smell; dark and milk chocolate; touch of spiciness, anise; a bit of low-key alcohol; dark, roasted grains. Heavy mouthfeel; moderate sludginess; sticky.

This is just a fine imperial porter that oozes rich and varied chocolate aspects. Deep and complex.
