This sessionable Belgian single has a mix of rye & pilsner malt that create a complex flavor profile to accentuate the spicy flavors of the Belgian yeast. Saaz hops are the cherry on top & complete this brew with a crisp and refreshing finish.

Medium honey colored body, clear; sparse carbonation (crowler seal issue); thin yet lasting white head, relatively dense. Faintly sweet and a bold spiciness on the nose; candy canes. The taste picks up from the nose; gentle sweetness with notes of candi sugar and peppermint; faint note of caramel. Medium bodied; glassy and a bit flat (again, likely due to the crowler seal issue); sticky.
This is a quit enjoyable beer even if it is a bit flat. It does seem balanced and quite flavorful. A bit more carbonation would really have made this one fantastic.
ABV: 4.8%; pouring temperature: 40.9 °F; crowler date: 12/30/25
