This strong ale is a golden amber with plenty of malt character and mouth texture, nicely balanced by the intense citrusy bitterness from a West Coast IPA style hop blend. Floral, spicy and resinous on the nose with a beautiful, creamy dense head. Finishes with a lingering hop bite and vanilla notes from the oak spirals used in dry hopping. An intense beer for true hop lovers who favor some forward malt. Pairs well with spicy and bold meals.
