Appearance - this beer looks delicious, It pours a slightly cloudy golden color , with 3 fingers of fluffy white head, Carbonation seems lively enough.
Smell - After looking at this gorgeous Beer, I was sucked in by its great smell, Im getting Light earthy hops, Apple, Grape, Pineapple, and some cereal grains.
Taste- The dissapointment started with the flavor. I get some apple, grapes, cereal malts again but they arnt pronounced, The entire flavor is masked by those earthy hops, start to finish. It has strong earthy, grassy flavor throughout and is fairly bitter for a blonde.
Feel - Light medium body prickly carbonation on the front of the tongue and feels like water going down.
Overall - I'm probably more dissapointed because their scotch ale was pretty good. Thats life though some make the cut. If the earthy hops weren't so prominant this would be a pretty tasty brew but instead it becomes average pretty quick.
