This pours a perfectly gorgeous red-amber color with the cloud of fine-grained foam shading into the brew. Zingy and mouth-filling carbonation. Some spice in the aroma and that flowery Cascade note.

Brewer says this is made with Calypso hops plus a new Yakima variety, and dry-hopped with Cascades. It's warm and malty with a tangerine taste to start. A pleasant malt-bulked body with some sweetness. Deep aromatic hop flavors with a lot of resiny tang.

This is a nice variety to try on the nitro. Highly drinkable and pleasant stuff with bold hoppiness minus the excess bitterness. On tap at the Seattle brewery tasting room in the South Park neighborhood.
