Slightly malty, slightly hoppy. This is a great beer for all occasions.

Dark orangey amber in the glass with a slim head. It's deliriously spicy with big hop flavors. Woody and aromatic with cedar and sweet flowers. It's really rich with flavor, with just enough sweetness to emphasize the aromatics. The bitterness is quite restrained. Some toasted biscuit taste. There is a nice roasted malt flavor that works so well with the slightly fruity hops.

This version of the Pale Ale is brewed with all Centennial hops. I didn't think I was so crazy about that hop, but the all-Centennial IPA I had at Station 26 Brewing in Denver made me a believer. Too much of that hop, though, and it gets sensationally bitter.

A hugely flavorful Pale Ale with a big hop profile. Tangy and totally drinkable. On tap at the brewery tasting room in South Park, Seattle.
