Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Chimay chalice. Aroma of fermenting pineapple and lemon peel. Pleasantly fruity, not too sweet, and not too dry. Flavors of peach, mango, and pine. This is a good example of a Pilsner being a showcase for hops, but not so overblown as the usual IPA style. Really tasty and highly quaffable, but well worth savoring every sip. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 05/30/2024.
