Hazy orange-tinted yellow just shy of light gold. Initial thick but fluffy head that disappears making a lot of noise.
Nose is mint... very prominent mint, with a sweet layer on top. Wondering first about the cucumber, but a strong inhale carries a frontal note of fresh cucumber that has just been cut.
Taste is quite salty, but in a soft way, probably a sweet, hefty body hidden under sourness and saltiness. Palate continues.to be covered in wafts of mint, tongue tingles with carbonation and sourness, yet everything is oily, smooth and thickish. The cucumber is what lingers very long after everything else rests.
Very refreshing and easy to drink, while quite complex in taste. And unique. I really like the novel combination of salty, sweet, and spicy, arriving at different times, harmonizing and then splitting.
