Color is a deep amber with a hint of cloudiness. Healthy head that retains well over time and blankets the side of the glass nicely. Aroma is a nice grassy to spicy hopped. Nice mouthfeel with a thick layer of carbonation when swished in the mouth. Flavor is nicely balanced yet with a pop of flavor from the mild hopping. Well done.

A good, standard pale ale. Semi creamy mouthfeel, with a nice, light hope presence. Floral, with a hint of citrus.
Overall, a very, very drinkable pale ale. Maybe not West Coast in style and bitterness, but a thoroughly enjoyable pale - and an excellent treat after 2 weeks of Korean beer.

Sampled on tap at the brewpub in Tokyo, Japan.
This ale poured a nice amber color with chill haze and creamy, white foam that clung to the glass a bit. There was also lively carbonation. The smell was dominated by floral hops, but with sweet malt and citrus also. The taste was very nice with the floral hops dominating, but balanced by the malt. There were hints of caramel and honey (though I was told that there was no honey in this pale ale). There was a floral hops and bitter hops aftertaste. The mouthfeel was clean and smooth, with medium body and medium carbonation feel. The lingering aftertaste was very nice and hoppy. This was quite a good pale ale!
