February 21st, 2015 - Ending the line of T.Y. Harbor beers tonight is their Imperial Stout, with a characteristic, dark cinnamon colored and velvety head. The aroma is light and creamy, and even a little milky in its slight sweetness, and the flavor is marked by a healthy carbonation and excellent mouthfeel. The flavor is a little more normal (or standard), dark and malty, but is carried further by the really excellent palate.
