From the tap list: This first beer in our Brewer's Choice Series is best described as engineered rather than brewed. It started as a unique Birthday recipe especially tailored to Dan's palette as an ode to marking another year off on the calendar. This massively dry-hopped American Style IPA packed with seven different hop varieties: Amarillo, Equinox, Michigan Copper, Cascade, Mosaic and Falconer's Flight. Each meticulously selected for their various flavor profiles. Its malt bill of Pale, Wheat, Oat and Honey malts were also painstakingly chosen to impart specific body and character. The end product is a brew rife with insane amounts of sticky citrus rind, piney balm, and tropical fruit flavors. This beer is so yummy you'll think it was your birthday.
