Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is slightly hazed, caramel coloring, with a clingy, fluffy, white head. Nose of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, on a bready backbone. The flavors are toasted grain forward, with a Belgian yeast funk, and a berry blend sweetness. Light, smooth bodied, with a fruity, baked bread aftertaste. The finish is effervesced and frothy, with a spiced linger.

Had on tap. Clear bronze pour with a white cap, lazy blobs of lacing. Smell is quite pleasant with fresh baked bread joining forces with big citrus and mild stone fruit, with some pale grain behind. The taste however is something different altogether, yeasty is watery and undercut on the palate with booze leakage in a light abv beer, yikes. Fruit is still big but is made almost funky with the off yeast and the now more emergent hop bitters. Feel is watery and yeasty, airy at best, feels broken
