@ Twin Leaf
Yellow-gold with a small white head that dwindles to a ring. Smells of leafy, grassy pungency, citrus pith, slight pine resin, and some sugary toasted malt. Big, dry citrus hop flavor topped with a little pine sap, finishing spicy yet clean. Not the most complex DIPA in the world, but bright, bitter, and pretty easy to drink. Solid, medium-full creaminess in the mouth. I want the delicious sounding combo of Centennial, Amarillo, Columbus, and Simcoe to pop more; there’s just not a huge amount of character coming through, unfortunately.
