Appearance: Dark brown, near black body with a slim, small, light beige head.

Smell: Sweet-smelling of bourbon barrel, chiefly chocolate with an easy-going roastiness, dark fruits and toasted coconut shavings (occasionally hinting at a bourbon dunked Mounds bar).

Taste: Sweet, soothing chocolate-coated oat clusters with a small pour of mild coffee. Dark fruitiness. Richly bourbony character imparting coconut, toasted oak, brown sugar. Minor hop character, bitterness. TD remains a sweetish brew straight through to the finish with lingering flavors of chocolate and bourbon glaze.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with some plushness to the mouthfeel. Medium carbonation.

Overall: Recommended! Of all the Twin Leaf beers I've had, this is the one to clamor over.

Had on tap. A nice collaboration, where one can feel the oskar blues influence in the thick body and slight smoke on the finish. The overall taste is sweet however, with bourbon, chocolate malt, graham cracker, dark fruit and molasses starring, with hints of marshmallow and fudge. Just a really well made dessert beer
