Appearance: Served up a relatively clear, reddish-pink body in color with a slim, stray head.
Smell: Subtle, restrained nose hinting just a bit of the hibiscus within.
Taste: Lightly biscuity, with a low amount of sweetness and touch of toasted grain. A pleasing sense of the hibiscus fruitiness, though, as with the nose, just not getting much of the base witbier.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Wasn't discerning much of the underlying wit beyond the hibiscus character, but, all in all, not a bad beer to enjoy in the (good ole) summertime.
