Had on tap. Semi-opaque golden body with a thin bubble cap that fades quickly. Smell is standard with sour wheat, light biscuit, and lemon. Taste starts with bright tart lemon and wheat, but yeast manifests slowly through the sip in an increasingly agressive way with the finish being a little off. Feel is light, bright, playfully tart and smooth though the yeast again is odd

Poured from a can (12Nov2019) into a semi-Belgian glass. Cans were purchased 17Jun2020 at the brewery, was surprised to see the date when I got home
L: highly carbonated (that serious crack when opening the can), pours "loud" with a very effervescent white head that fades quickly. Opaque yellow gold, can see a good amount of bubbles when viewed from above
S: solid, tart aroma - salty with a bit of lactic sour mixed with a bready note
T: starts off with a nice, refreshing salty flavor that becomes a little more bitter/acidic then I'd like. Middle moves toward this bready off-flavor that makes me think THP (comes with the territory, shame though). Medium/long finish, flavor has me thinking THP. Wish it was more refreshing
F: medium/light body, medium carbonation, slightly drying
O: disappointment here. Looked good, smelled on par - believe there are some THP issues here, which seems surprising given age of the cans (my understanding is THP fades after time, but perhaps I'm wrong!)
