A: Pours a deep golden brown, with a moderate tan head, minimal lacing.

S: Very floral and citrusy, specific notes of grapefruit and lemon.

T: Smooth, mellow, mild hoppy deliciousness!

M: Crisp and just right.

O: This outstanding EIPA was a revelation. One of the best.

Poured a dark golden brown body with minor head and little lace. An aroma that is lowkey and not really there but I do pick up some earthy hops and a breadlike malt aroma. Beer is a little bit hoppy with an herbal, oily hop profile and that is a dryness from the malts that is bread/biscuity. These aspects are balanced and there's some sweetness in the beer. Not a great beer but I didn't mind putting down a bomber of this.

Pours a mostly clear light copper color from a 22 oz bottle into a pint glass. The color looks very nice when held to a light. A hard pour gives you a big white head with very good head retention. Lacing on the glass is minimal.

Aroma is of biscuit malts and a little grassy hops.

Taste is malt forward….dry biscuity malt with a grassy hops finish. There is a little metallic aftertaste at first, but like with most IPAs, the bitterness aspect takes care of most minor imperfections. I drank the whole bottle myself and I didn’t notice the aftertaste over the second half of the bottle.

Mouthfeel is crisp and fairly solid. This is not a watery beer.

Overall, not bad at all. The brewer intended this to be a mass-quantities style beer, and I could quite happily put down a few of them.
