Pours brownish amber with 1 finger quickly fading khaki foamy crown in slender tall
Glass pint on draught at Peoria Artisan Brewery. Heavy notes of malty bread, brown sugar and a touch of spice. Nice smooth easy drinking but strong micro Bock style brew at 7.4% ABV.
Disclaimer: Downshifting from hoppy DIPA meant a less bite lingering bitter aftertaste, more mellow and slow.
