On tap at La Roma Brewing in in Colonia Roma Norte, Mexico City, Mexico.

This one pours a very clear dull yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like rice, lemon, and bready malts.

There’s no overt brewing flaws here, and that’s the best thing to say about it – there’s just not a lot to this one, ultimately. It’s crisp, clean, and very drinkable – with a nice snappy rice bite on the finish. There’s very little hop character or malt character, ultimately.

This works well in the Mexican heat, so therefore it’s a success, even if it’s not exactly an exciting beer.
