Cask 1/3 pint, gravity dispense, at the 16th Twickenham Beer & Cider Festival. Deep golden colour. Pleasant aroma of fruity American hops. Hoppy and peppery flavour, medium dry.

This is a gusher - so be warned, first and foremost. After it settles, which is quicker than expected, it sits a clear amber colour with an offwhite head that dimishes to nothing.
Aroma is mild and lackluster, a little cream, malt and hops but not much else. The flavour is quite different than expected, with quite a sweet, almost nectary and fragrant, profile on the sip; it is almost like a botanical honey wth a touch of elderflower. It moves quickly through lemon, orange and ripe grapefruit notes, before ending on fragrant hops.
Feel is light, minimally carbonated and wet on the finish.
Quite nice; sweet and citrusy with the correct amount of bitterness.
