500ml bottle. Served in a snifter glass.
Pours a dark reddish-pink body, one finger white head with short retention time. Not a whole lot of lacing or collar at all. Looking a bit undercarbonated. Smell is rich raspberry puree, lactic acid, a bit of wheat, slight oily swiss cheese. Mostly rich raspberry aromas, which is great. Flavour brings a bit more, with a fair bit of seedy raspberry, fair bit of lactic acidity and slight grainy sweetness followed by a light lemon tartness on the finish. Fairly fruit-forward, very drinkable and refreshing. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, a bit dry, lower in carbonation than I'd like, but otherwise very drinkable with a light lemon tartness and grainy cereal sweetness on the finish. A raspberry forward Berliner, not too tart or acidic, but plenty of fruit to make me happy on a warm weekday night grilling on the deck.

This beer is beautiful. When poured, it almost appears to glow in the glass. Very bright red/pink hue that shows off the raspberry. The nose and taste are slightly less powerful. For the style, it is a solid offering. If this beer was slightly more tart, I would have bought a case. Still very good.
