Appearance - I am not sure how to describe the color, so I will go with a fancy word like mahogany. A white head crowned the top of the glass.
Smell - This smells like grape jam. I would even go so far as to say concord grape.
Taste - Just like the nose this is grape jelly. The jelly is stronger at the front and fades at the back. Like the nose this is grape jelly. The jelly is stronger at the front and fades of the back. The sour is not overly acidic, but his balance with the group notes which are actually the black currants.
Mouthfeel - The feel is both smooth and sweet. Carbonation carries away some of the sweetness, but allow some to linger.
Overall - This is a very well balanced sour.
