Pours a deep red, looks like carbonated red wine.
Smells like... well, carbonated red wine with a fistfull of raspberries thrown in.
Taste is just divine... great level of acidity with tons of raspberries and some cherries. There is a subtle biscuit backbone that makes this taste very much like a raspberry cheesecake with some cherries on top. Awesome stuff!
Mouthfeel is medium , well carbonated.
Overall, a great sour. I would call this an American Rodenbach, and that is a huge compliment.
