Had on tap. Beautiful cherry ruby red pour with a thick ring of white foam. Smell and taste are pretty the same, big tart cherry hitting you right up front, then giving way to sweet cherry sugar, wheat, and nice barrel wood character. Finishes brighter and drier than started, nice delicate balance, very pleasant.

A great, aged cherry sour. Tons of tart cherry flavor on the front, and finishes balanced and dry. Great brew!
