In a 10 oz. plastic cup @ Trasient; pours golden with a thin white head, minimal lacing. Smell of tart funk. Taste sour with aftertaste of sour and funk. Light and carbonated mouthfeel. Like this style and the funk, but a bit too sour for my liking.

1 pint 9.4 fl. oz. bottle
Served in a champagne glass
This beer pours a brilliant amber hue and is topped with a fleeting head that leaves no trace of its existence.
The smell is great. I get some dank basement, grape must, and some green apple.
Green apple and grape start out the taste. It has a great sour taste with hint of pear. The taste gets more sour with each sip. The finish has the funk and is slightly dry.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
I expected a lighter, more effervescent bodied beer. I was also surprised by the abv. Regardless of my expectations this is a great sour. I am enjoying this beer way more than if it was to my expectations. Great job, Transient.

Bright gold with sharp clarity, lasting coverage and spotty lacing.
Aroma was bright and fruity, white wine grapes with a moderate acidity.
Flavors were similar, fruity and tart white grape with some mild minerality and acidity.
Finished dry and crisp, lingering oaky and fruity flavors. Nice depth and full flavor/body.
Quite possibly my favorite Transient beer so far.
