Shockingly clear beer by Transient IPA standards. It's very hazy, but translucent vice opaque. Very good head production and retention. Fairly large and unattractive floaties from the bottom of the can; whether yeast or hop sediment, or something else entirely, is unclear.
Sharp, bright, and hoppy nose; mild dankness, bright herbs, and a sharp acidity. I don't know of any added fruit in this beer, but it almost smells as though that's the case. Pineapple, guava (minus the pungency), lemon, passion fruit.
Surprisingly thin on the palate, especially for 8% ABV; it's remarkably drinkable. Flavor almost dances on the palate with tones of lemon, tea-like tannins, papaya, pineapple, and guava - essentially matching the nose.

Poured a cloudy, yellow body with a minimal head and lace patches down the glass. The aroma is acidic and comes across as something akin to pineapple juice. Smooth, light, acidic, with a balance of light fruity sweetness like pineapple and tangerine, even a slight tropical fruit taste, along with a sharp bitterness and well-hidden ABV with easy finish. Overall, this beer is enjoyable and worth relaxing with.

Orange/yellow appearance. Nice fruit punch & juicy aroma. Taste carries forward the fruit punch vibe along with a touch of bitterness. Very enjoyable brew.

They must have started brewing this again, because this is fresh. Pours a hazy golden color. Very inviting appearance. Tropical, juicy smell. Taste is not as juicy as the smell would have hinted at. Nice amount of bitterness. Overall, a good DIPA.

Pours a hazy orange/tan color with a two finger, soapy white head and sticky, thick lacing.
The smell pops with tropical, pineapple, mango.
The taste is a bit of a surprise. It's grassy, floral, a bit of tropical and malty. It's unusual.
The mouthfeel is thick and smooth. The finish has a bit of bitterness.
I'm not a huge fan of this beer. The smell was good but the taste is a bit odd.

Interesting beer.muddy orange/kind of coppery. Creamy foamy head and lacing. Big citrus notes on the nose, slightly sweet. Taste is juicy, hoppy, citrusy. A very slight hint of bitterness hiding in the back, creamy feel, mouth watering, medium bodied. Not over the top juice Bomb, but flavorful and mildly complex.

Grapefruit juice in my glass, exceptionally hazy, but not a milkshake - more akin to a slushee from Dairy Queen (without the crushed ice), and this iceless slushee has a light tan head.
Very tropical on the nose, with grapefruit and mango prominent. The grapefruit has more of a zest-quality on the taste, and there’s a spicy passion fruit taste as well. The mouthfeel is on point - nothing watery to this, there’s a definite bite.
Another excellent beer from Transient, IMHO.

Body is a thick golden orb. Big soapy white head that leaves incredible lacing down the sides of the glass, sticking like glue.
Nose is kind of yeasty and an almost green apple component. Maybe some citrus, and grains.
Fairly malty as the grains lead in and then there's some nondescript grassy hops. I don't know. I am not getting anything like what other people seem to have experienced. A small swell of half hearted sweetness begins to rise towards the finish but then it recommits to grains a mild grapefruit bitter finish.
The body on this one is quite nice as it's fairly soft and easily drinkable through the heavy carbonation.
This reminds me of a throwback northeast IPA from when that meant that it was malt forward and low hoppiness, before this new wave started up a couple of years ago.
Much love to @FlintB for sending this along in the third part of his bottomless well of Michigan goodness during BNS BIF#007.
