This will be polarizing, so these notes are to help know what you're getting into; it's hard to rate given what follows. This is definitely more tart and acidic than the average gose, partially thanks to the key lime. But the main thing going on is that this is the most cucumber-forward beer I've ever had, and the most cucumber-forward beer I can possibly imagine. This goes way behind frou-frou flavored waters; it's as if they made the beer itself only with cucumber juice rather than using any water. On a technical level, it's actually impressive, and I wonder how they did it, given that cucumber is not particularly strong-flavored in its natural state. But from the perspective of a beer, you'd better be really enthusiastic about the concept to end up thrilled by the execution.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
