Had this on tap at Beer Cellar. The look of this pone was dark black. This one had a lot of cinnamon , both in the smell and the taste. There was some vanilla in the taste at the end but if you like cinnamon you'll like this.

Holds up just fine on its own without the barrel, in fact if you want more of a hit from the peppers, cinnamon and gingerbread, this does it. Also get a lot of vanilla, cinnamon chocolate, molasses, then finished by chili peppers, and booze. Has a mineral aftertaste here and there, but not enough to really distract. The mouthfeel really lets all of these flavors shine to their best potential, well constructed with various textures. Like the appearance with smoky grayish black body and hazy thin bubble islands on top. The wife liked this one
