Really impressive head, with 2 1/2 fingers of firm foam easily produced from a regular pour. Retention and lacing are no less impressive. The body is a smooth lemon yellow hue, and unsurprisingly hazy and thick, nearly perfectly opaque, although there is some undesirable sediment that settles on the bottom.
Primarily tropical aroma, with a hint of sharp herbal tones. The nose is fairly restrained, so while it's pleasant, it's difficult to get much out of it.
Flavor is a bit more expressive, and similar in nature, with bright kitchen herbs, tropical fruit, stone fruit, and a bit of citrus. Peach and nectarine flavors lead the way, along with mango and pineapple. Touched off with a bit of cream and mandarin orange. Overall, far more satisfying than I expected, and it quickly grew on me after only a couple of sips. Creamy body that could use perhaps just a touch more sting.

16oz can pour into glass
L: strong haze not murky bright pale yellow and average lacing
S: guava pineapple over ripe melon
T: is more subtle the nose and ripe melon is the main flavor low hop bitterness
S: soft creamy to style
O: overall great drinking NEIPA as the smell and fell, but missing that middle punch of the taste

Pours a hazy, nearly turbid pineapple color with a dense, substantial off-white head that laces the glass nicely. The nose is sharper than the taste, with passion fruit, grapefruit, and mango decidedly prominent.
The aforementioned taste is mellower and balanced, with passion fruit, grapefruit, and mango per the nose, but with the addition of mandarin oranges, guava, and pineapple. Wow, is this tasty. It’s flavorful, balanced and dangerously crushable given the 8% ABV, but with none of the “hop burn” the NEIPA style can bring.
The mouthfeel is softer, as expected. This is exceptionally well executed and appropriately named.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on June 26, 2019. Hopped with Mosaic and Southern Passion. Notes of passion fruit and guava, followed by citrus and mango.

Had on tap. Cloudy bright orange with a finger of white foam. Smelled like a beach drink with all the tropical fruit: passion fruit, pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruit and orange. Taste takes these wonderful fruits a bathes them in a dry hops, yeast, and sweet bread malt, letting the fruit continue to shine with a touch of vanilla. The flavors are more separated in the taste though than the smell. Feel is creamy with the right amount of sweetness, bitterness, fluff and cream. Very refreshing, but not the most crushable given the gravity

Great smell, look, mouthfeel, and taste. One of Transients better NEIPAs as of late. Glad to have gotten it! Perfect balance of sweet and bitter. Alcohol is well hidden. Don’t pass it up!

The look was a very nice bright orange color. The smell was tropical, mango and pineapple. Taste was tropical with a small hint of vanilla or something else smooth. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy. Love Transient beers and this one is no exception.

Transient continuing to kill it with their recent DDH releases. Looks a nice dark golden orange in the glass, nice thin head, nice lacing. Big smell, juicy, dark, serious. Tastes like it smells, rich tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, juicy peach, bitter citrus rind, graham cracker, creamy vanilla, tastes like maybe citra and mosaic here? Has a great dank bitterness, nice carbonation and brightness on the finish, lingering pleasant piney hop bitterness. Great beer. Mellow AF.
