This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This one smells like raspberry jam, peanuts, chocolate milk, and roast.
The raspberry kind of dominates here, to the beer’s detriment. There’s definitely some nice peanut (not peanut butter, specifically) here, but the fruit adds an overriding tartness. Fruited stouts are very tough to make work, and this one doesn’t quite do it.
This is medium bodied, and slightly syrupy sweet, with a lower level of carbonation. It’s not super drinkable.
This isn’t my favorite variant on this beer.

Thanks to rudzud
Pours a lower fizzy head with low retention, light lacing, good legs, jet black beer
Nose loads of nutty aromas, hazelnut especially, tons of peanuts as well but mostly hazelnut, a little roast, toasted malt, but just a touch fruity notes, some cocoa
Taste brings loads of cocoa and chocolate, then into nutty peanuts and hazelnuts, as well as jammy fruit, plenty of berry and a little grape like fruit, fair bitterness, a bit of spicy tingly alcohol, into roast and a touch of char, hot alcohol overpowering late, nutella like chocolate and nutty flavors
Mouth is fuller bod, a bit rich creamy like, fair warming tingly alcohol but not overpowering, med-light carb, fudgey like

Recieved in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a dark brown almost black heu with a thin mocha head that fades to leave light halo and thin wisps.
S - Aromas of peanut butter and peant flour. Loads of chocolate as well along with an almost hazelnut aroma. Not much in the way of fruit unfortunately!
T - Taste is similar to the nose with tons of chocolate fudge brownies and cookies. Loads of peanuts, peanut flour, peanut butter...and the fruit! Nice strawberry jam flavour along with flashes of red raspberries. Tons of jam with a little bit of bitterness on the finish along with some of thar alcohol.
M - Mouthfeel is nicelty carbonated with good roast, creamy, alcohol hidden very nicely.
O - Overall this was a rather solid imperial stout, lovely chocolate notes and the fruit is great on the nose...the problem is how lackluster the fruit is on the nose, which means it's nonexistant. Very unfortunate as otherwise this was a very, very enjoyable beer.

Had on tap. Jet black with tan foam head that settles into a thin collar. Smell has equal amounts peanut butter, raspberry and strawberry, wonderful and potent aromas. Taste is hands down the best pbj beer I have ever had. Flavors are so pure but with the malt work and supporting vanilla and I swear a tiny taste of maple, the wife says I'm crazy. Feel is creamy, lush, thick, chewy, but not overly heavy. The wife loved it. Amazing pbj stout
