Light maroon pretty body with an off-white ring. Smell stars tart currant, blackberry and sweeter grapes with flowers, slight funk and oak. Taste is a tart bomb! Wow, surprising given the spontaneous nature, funk cut down even, with oak and the fruits leading, some floral and almost popsicle elements linger. Feel has an acidity and tartness that is heartburn inducing, with high carbonation wrapped around a delicate body, with oak backing and slight funkiness, but really gets more of the spon sweetness if anything from that element of the brewing process. Like the idea and the more delicate center, but the finished product is a little rough around the edges
