During this long stay-at-home order, it can become difficult to differentiate time and keep busy. When that sets in, it’s important to remind yourself that nothing lasts and nothing stays, it’s only temporary that you’re caught in a Procession of Unchanging Days.
Our newest double IPA should break up the monotony, with loads of Citra hops and the relatively new fellas on the block: Melon, Mandarina, Grungeist, and Blanc.

16 ounce can into ipa glass, no can dating. Pours very hazy deep golden yellow color with a 2-3 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas and flavors of big orange, mango, melon, pineapple, passion fruit, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, wood, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, Light-moderate pine, wood, herbal, citrus rind, peppercorn bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation and body. Balanced creamy/bready malts, and sticky hops. Light lingering resins/rinds, minimal lingering sweetness. Mild increasing warmth of 8% and lingering hop burn after the finish. Wasn't sure on the dating, but probably from mid 2020. Held up well enough and its a great NEIPA. Citra, Melon, Mandarina, Grungeist, and Blanc hops. Great overall profile. IMO it's hard to mess up with some of the new age hops. No complaints.

Pours a hazy orange-grapefruit with a one-finger, fluffy, white head. Leaves good lacing.
Smell of Citra hops, malt, melon, lemon lime.
Taste of Citra hops, pepper spice, slight resin, melon, grapefruit and tangerine.
A very soft mouthfeel. Not huge bitterness, but a variety. Very nice.

16oz can into a pint glass. There is a tiny stamp that may indicate a canning date of july 2020, but this is a very recent Tavour shipment, so that seems unlikely.
Looks decent in the glass. Standard dull orange juice body. Small white head persists in good form throughout leaving scattered lacing.
Dull mixed fruit aroma with a touch of pineapple.
On tasting, mixed tropical fruit with a clear pineapple taste. Almost no bitterness.
Mouth closer to full than medium, faintly bitey finish which quickly disappears.
Overall, a pleasing enough drink, no major faults, nicely brewed and an enjoyable beer.

A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass, a patch of wispy bubbles on the surface, and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of tangerine and honeydew melon are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of pineapple and white grape flavors. Only a slight amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and faintly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has an interesting and unique profile of hops that you normally don't see and does a remarkable job at hiding any traces of alcohol from the taste.
Serving type: can
