Had this at the Transient taproom. I decided to try something different and it was okay. Fairly mild smoke flavor but you can tell it's there. Smooth. A little strange having a smoky flavor in such a light beer but it worked fairly well.

Thanks to Joplamp for this one, from the recent CanCans BIF. 16oz can (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a clean, clear, bright yellow color with 3/4 inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The smoke was notable on the nose, with enough grain showing through to counter.
The smoke was a touch stronger on the tongue, but not overpowering.
The body was light, smooth, clean, and had a medium finish.
Drinkability was very good, I could easily knock back a few of these.
Overall, a very nice brew. Worth trying if you see it, and a must-try if you're a fan of smoked beers.
