A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lychee are present in the nose along with notes of lime and hints of passion fruit.
T: The taste has flavors of lychee along with hints of lime.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes like a hybrid between an American IPA and a New England IPA. It is very easy to drink.

Good head production and excellent retention. Hazy, nearly opaque body. Very nice spotty lacing.
The nose is very restrained, but with a mellow, melon-like juiciness. Makes me wonder as to the hop varietals.
There's a strong banana-like yeast tone melding with tropical juices and cream on the palate, giving the impression of a puree. Melon again dominates, along with papaya, mango, and pineapple. Virtually no citrus; very low bitterness.
Creamy, smooth, and lively mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy pineapple color with a dense pearl white head that provides maximum lacing. The nose has some tangerine and loads of passion fruit, some apricot, and an herbal, earthy note. Gotta love these “south of the equator” hop bombs (I’m looking at you, Motueka, Topaz, and South Passion varietals).
The tangerine and passion fruit are forward on the taste, but there’s also apricot and an almost resiny pine flavor that is magnificent. The mouthfeel is is substantial and per the hazy style (suitably soft). What a wonderful flavor ride this beer is.
