S - Aroma is vanilla, marshmallow and rye whiskey.
T - The taste is milk chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla and a big kick of rye whiskey in the finish,
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a crisp drying finish.
O - Really nice. Very tasty, but still drinking a touch hot.

Appearance - The beer poured a deep black color with a dark mocha colored head.
Smell - The heat of the barrel came through in the nose. Vanilla was also evident.
Taste - The beer was a big boozy vanilla stout. The rye barrel was a bit hot, but soft vanilla took the edge off. It was like a whiskey soaked kids breakfast cereal. There was a sweet burn in the finish. This only has an 11% abv?
Mouthfeel - Even for a milk stout, it seemed a bit thin.
Overall - The profile was smooth, but a bit hot.
