Good head production, retention, and lacing. Like most of Transient's IPAs (in my experience), it's opaque and hazy, but not pulpy.
Very dank and herbal on the nose, along with a tropical fruit note to the hoppiness.
Not quite as herbal on the palate, but it's still fairly dank, growing throughout the sip. A bit grainy and less sweet than you might expect for the 8% ABV and accompanying strong malt base. It's an IPA that focuses more on dank and herbal tones, including mint, parsley, and grass, than on any juicy tones.
Very smooth and creamy on the palate.
