Mar 2021 Review
Pint can poured into...a pint glass.
Pour: hazy, golden color. Thick, tight, 1 finger head. Lay a while and ends with lots of lacing, clouds and a thick ring. Really nice looking. 4.0
Nose: about what you would expect; fragrant mango, grapefruit, hint of bread. 4.0
Taste: mango, grapefruit bitterness, nectarine, bread and pine. Well balanced, smooth, not overly fruity. Love it. 4.5
Feel: full but not thick, smooth, easy drinking. Pillowy. Really nice. 4.25
Overall: really enjoyed this bit Michigan basketball win in Sweet 16 over FSU might have helped! Absolutely worth trying if you like this style. Go Blue! 4.25

Pours a turbid pineapple pulp color with a bone white head that is dense and provides excellent lacing. The nose is spicy tropical citrus and some peach notes. I am now officially salivating.
The taste is led by that spicy tropical note, specifically passion fruit. It is forward and it is substantial and delicious. The peach flavor is also present and a very nice complement to the passion fruit. An absolutely delicious beer, IMHO.
The mouthfeel is softer per the hazy style. This is the second in the One More Wave series that I’ve had that features a single hop, and both have been outstanding. Highly recommended.
