Very tasty fruited sour, but when you load up a beer with guava, pineapple, and key lime, you expect more on the delivery. The mouthfeel was very disappointing; I can't help but significantly upping the malt bill and ABV would have greatly assisted the delivery of flavors.

The guava, in particular, was almost absent, lacking the pungent earthiness I associate with the fruit. The key lime is indistinguishable from any regular citrus flavor you can derive from hops. The pineapple does come through quite well, and the vanilla is nicely complementary.

Overall, I would much prefer this have been a thicker, creamier, more flavorful brew. At 5%, it's almost like they were aiming more for a fruited Berliner Weiss, but that's at odds with the addition of milk sugar and vanilla.
