Our regular Juice Is Loose Recipe, with most of the Simcoe swapped out for more Citra, and then a boatload of tangerine and orange added along with some lactose sugar to cream the whole thing up!

Orange with lots of chunks of sediment inside of it and very little white head. The smell is of sweet candy oranges and pineapple. The taste is of sweet floral fragrance and then ends up tasting just like a glass of orange juice. Medium body with moderate carbonation slightly glassy feel. I got this in Saginaw Michigan and I’m drinking in Phuket Thailand December 24, 2022.

Gold to light copper in color with an excessive amount of small to large floating particles suspended within the body. There’s a fingernail of dishwater white around two thirds of the rim and covering a third of the top. The aroma is of bitter mandarin orange and vegetal hops. I’m tasting orange juice and mandarin orange. The mouth is very smooth and quaffable, especially for the ABV.

1 pint can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours light orange and turbid. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
It's taken me a minute to get this beer figured out. Getting a nice cat piss aroma. Orange.
The cat piss and orange carry into the flavor. At first I was thinking it was vomit. Then I realized cat urine was what I tasted and smelled.
Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
Um. Different. I think I need to revisit on a fresh palate. I only had one beer prior, but this beer just seemed so off that I want to make sure I experienced it correctly. It did get better as consumed.

An aggressive pour reveals a beer that looks EXACTLY like orange juice in the glass (if orange had a thick, slightly creamy off white head). Very nice.
The nose is all tangerine and ripe mandarin orange. There is nothing subtle going on here - just a juggernaut of orange-based aromas on the nose. I love orange juice, so sign me up.
The taste is really heavy on the tangerine side, which is great, and the mandarin orange flavor is well represented, and there’s a bit of sweetness that works well, but this needs more balance - the base beer has Simcoe hops while this one does not, and that bit of dank earthy flavor would have helped balance this very good beer and give it depth, because it’s more than a bit “one note.”
The mouthfeel is on point, very full and a bit creamy, which works well in the overall experience with this beer. I just wish there was some other flavor profile to balance the orangeness of this very flavorful DIPA.

Pours just like your breakfast orange juice. Plenty of head dissipating quickly leaving strongly lacing behind. Hop bitterness is there in the nose with strong over tones of orange and tangerine. Bitterness is null in the taste. Tangy orange juice and and a creamy finish is the highlight and best description of this beer. Good job, Transient.
