The pour is deep brown, appearing ink black with a brown head that leaves but one ring of lacing with a few small islands. For a BA stout, not bad at all.
The taste is, in a word, sweet. Maple syrup and vanilla in a mocha coffee. With all the sweetness that brings to mind. The coffee and chocolate are about the extent of the stout presence.
The feel is thicccc. A little beyond viscous.
It fits the deep sweetness.
OA, If you enjoy pastry stouts, this is your jam.

A - Pours ink black with a fizzy brown head. The head fizzles out fast leaving some light oily lacing.
S - Aroma is vanilla, maple, chocolate and bourbon.
T - The taste is vanilla, milk chocolate, maple, coffee, oak and finishing with some nice bourbon heat.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a slick dry finish.
O - Really well done.
