Aroma of strawberry and flowers.
Taste is sour, and the end is abrupt. Fermented strawberry and flowers.
Medium mouth feel, with a small degree of syrup. Extremely drying finish. Supportive carbonation.

Pours a translucent ruby, pink. A couple fingers of nearly pink foam. Aroma is lacto sour, raspberry, and strawberry. Taste follows suit with very tart front followed by a sweet but not too sweet finish. A very dry, tart finish. Not quite my thing. I felt it could have been a little sweeter and more fruit forward.
