Bottle received from @ovaltine in BIF17, chilled an poured into a snifter
Brown tight bubbles over a dark brown liquid, settles to an island with a ring
Aroma is bourbon whiskey,
Taste is whiskey , brown sugar, alight maple sweetness, coffee. The maple and coffee flavors come more forward as the glass warms , whiskey and oak taste comes out more at room temperature
Low sudsing, slight heat , coffee bitterness on the finish
Good beer
